Portable Water Treatment

The standard process for potable water treatment involves water from a lake, reservoir or river being transferred into a tank where coagulation, flocculation and clarification occurs. This is followed by sedimentation, where the heavy particles (floc) settle to the bottom, and the clear water moves to filtration

  • Pressure Sand Filter

Sand filter are usually used as second step in waste water treatment after solids in raw wastewater have been seperated out in a septic tank , aerobic unit or other sendimentation process. Waste water treated by sand filtration is usually coloourless and odorless. SAND FILTER DESIGNS : 1.Single Pass Sand Filters 2.Recirculating Sand Filters

  • Activated Carbon Filter

The activated carbon filter are designed to remove free chlorine, organic matter, odour and colour present in raw water. The activated carbon filter consists of activated carbon granuals supported by very fine quartz filter media. Various grades of carbon are available for specialized treatments.

  • Micron Cartridge Filter

Microfiltration is a type of filtration physical process where a contaminated fluid is passed through a special pore-sized membrane to separate microorganisms and suspended particles from process liquid. It is commonly used in conjunction with various other separation processes such as ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis to provide a product stream which is free of undesired contaminants.

  • Clarifier

Clarification consist in removing all kind of particles, sediments , oil, natural organic matter and colour from the water to make it clear. -flocculator -lamella settler -dissolved air flotation system -polymer preparation system -coagulant dosing system

  • Disinfection

Disinfection is a physical or chemical process in which pathogenic microorganisms are deactivated or killed. Examples of chemical disinfectants are chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and ozone. Examples of physical disinfectants include ultraviolet light, electronic radiation, and heat.
